Services
Comprehensive Psychiatric Consultation (90 minutes)
This is more than an intake. It is a comprehensive, collaborative session designed to help you feel deeply heard, understood, and supported. During this extended session, we conduct a thorough medical and psychiatric assessment, reviewing your mental and physical health history, current concerns, medications, lifestyle factors, sleep, stress, and overall well-being to gain a full picture of what may be contributing to your symptoms.
Together, we create a personalized care plan that integrates evidence-based psychiatric treatment with holistic and lifestyle-focused recommendations and may include medication when clinically appropriate. This session serves as the foundation for ongoing integrative psychiatric care. Most patients leave this session feeling supported, validated, and hopeful, with a clear starting point for their care.

A comprehensive integrative assessment designed to help you understand how hormone and stress patterns may be influencing mood, sleep, energy, and overall mental well-being.
This service includes the DUTCH Complete test, clinical interpretation, and a personalized integrative wellness plan. In addition to standard laboratory test, this approach examines hormone and stress-related patterns over time to provide meaningful insight into chronic stress, life transitions, and mind-body balance.
Results are reviewed during a dedicated interpretation visit, with evidence-based recommendations that may include lifestyle strategies, targeted nutraceutical support, and mind-body interventions aligned with an integrative psychiatry approach.
This service does not include hormone replacement therapy or hormone prescribing

FAQs
-
What’s the difference between a psychiatrist and a PMHNP?
Psychiatrists are medical doctors (MD/DO) who complete medical school and psychiatry residency. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) are advanced practice registered nurses with graduate-level training in psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. Both can evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe medications (scope varies by state). PMHNPs often emphasize a nursing model that integrates whole-person, relational care alongside evidence-based treatment.
Can I work with you if I already have a therapist?
Yes, absolutely. Many of my patients work with a therapist and see me for medication management, integrative support, or wellness testing. I’m happy to collaborate with your current therapist so your care feels seamless and aligned.
What age groups do you work with?
I currently provide care for adults ages 18- 64
-
Do you take insurance?
Yes- I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, and Optum (CA) through my partner platform, Alma.
All other plans are out of network; patients may self-pay and request a superbill for potential reimbursement.
For more information, visit our Rates & Insurance section.
Will I receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) if I am paying privately?
Yes. Self-pay and out-of-network patients may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs prior to their appointment.

Do you offer therapy?
My visits include brief supportive therapy, CBT-informed tools and solution-focused guidance woven into your psychiatric care. This style of support is helpful for building insight and navigating challenges, but it is not a replacement for ongoing or structured psychotherapy.
If you’re seeking more in-depth or consistent therapy, I’m happy to provide referrals to trusted licensed therapists.

How often will I need follow-up appointments?

We’ll decide together what schedule feels most supportive for you. During these visits, we’ll also coordinate medication refills and any ongoing treatment updates.
Do you offer telehealth or in-person visits?
